Product Review: Makeup Blender Latex Free Foundation Sponge from Salonsupplystore.com

Disclosure: I received this product as part of an advertorial.

This handy teardrop shaped sponge is for applying foundation or powder. It can be used to evenly distribute any makeup on the forehead, face, and neck areas. The pointed size is made to be used around the nose and eye areas and the wide side is made to use around the forehead, face, and chin areas. It is supposed to distribute evenly with no streaks and clean easily.

This sponge is a great supplement to my powder brush becomes sometimes the brush leaves areas of powder that need to be better distributed to other places on my face. The sponge did a great job of distributing the powder more evenly on my face. The sponge doesn't look dirty to me yet so I haven't had to clean it. If I do need to clean it I imagine it would be pretty easy to do so.

I haven't found a good way to store this sponge yet but I think I will find some way to do that in the near future. For right now I decided to leave it in the little plastic bag it came in on my sink.

Product Review: Sherlock 221b Baker Street Gold Keychain

Disclosure: I received this product as part of an advertorial.

This 221b Baker Street keychain fit nicely on my main keychain with my keys (I only have a few on my keychain) and the remote to lock and unlock my car. It doesn't have a big ring so it was easy to slide onto my main keychain (that I was given by the manufacturer of my car). It dangled longer than everything else but it didn't get in my way. I am thinking of now using it as my only keychain for awhile.

I love the feel of it, it is really smooth feeling to me. It is lightweight and it didn't weigh me down when I needed to put my car keys in my apron when I was working (along with this and my other main keychain).

Sherlock Holmes fans will probably like this keychain a lot!

Product Review: Rosehip Seed Oil by Foxbrim

Disclosure: I received this product as part of an advertorial.

Rosehip Seed Oil by Foxbrim is made to use on the skin to reduce visible signs of aging.... it works to get rid of wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, burns, skin discoloration, hyper-pigmentation, and scarring. It can be used on the face, neck, and even in the hair and on the scalp. It contains 100% Pure Certified Organic Rosehip Seed Oil.

I decided to use this product in my hair.  That is usually how I use any oil products (that can be used in the hair). I used it over the course of a few weeks or so. I applied it about 45 minutes before I took a shower to wash it out. My hair looked healthy and bouncy after it was washed and conditioned out. One big section of my hair looks healthier and bouncier than another so I must have applied more of this product to the part that looks better. It was easy to comb through right after it was washed out and it seems to be shining in some places also. When I touch my hair it also feels soft.

Something I learned about this product (from reading the product label) that may benefit other future users is that refrigeration is supposed to extend the life of this product.
